The church of St. Mary is of flint, in the Early English style, with Decorated insertions, and has a tower containing 2 bells: the windows are stained, and there are 102 sittings. The register dates from the year 1560. The living is a rectory, net yearly value £125, with residence and 6 acres of glebe, in the gift of Sir Percy D. N.
