Heathrow History
HEATHROW is a hamlet, one mile and a half southeast on the Great West road. The mission church of St. Saviour is an iron building, erected in 1880, at the cost of the Rev. Claud Brown, formerly curate of this parish, on grounds given by the late Earl of Strafford, and has sittings for 300 persons. Letters received through Hounslow.
