WILSTHORPE is a hamlet on Bridlington Bay, and 1 ½ miles south-east from Carnaby station on the Hull and Scarborough section of the North Eastern railway, and 2 ½ south from Bridlington; it comprises one farm and adjoins Hilderthorpe. The area, rateable value and population are now included with Fraisthorpe, Auburn and Wilsthorpe.
