BRAFFORDS is a hamlet in the township of Swanland, 3 ½ miles north from North Ferriby. It is included in the postal district of Cottingham, and letters should be addressed “Braffords, Cottingham.” The principal landowner is Henry Broadley Harrison-Broadley esq. M.P., J.P. of Welton House.
