Agnes Blain in the parish of Kirkcudbright, 1684 (RPC., 3. ser. IX, p. 573). The name of Blahan, presbyter of Linton, East Lothian, who witnessed a charter by Robert, bishop of St. Andrews to the monies of St. Cuthbert at Coldingham (Chalmers, II, p. 541) is perhaps the same.
