Mail., s.a.) was most likely the Master Adam de Bagrat and Sir' Adara de Baggath who witnessed charters (Melros, 260,261, 292). Thomas de Bathket was one of the archers in Edinburgh Castle in 1312 (Bain, III, p. 409). The name occurs in the Edinburgh Marriage Records as Bathcat, Bathegat, Bathgait, and Bathgat. Bathget 1405.
