David Blabre who was admitted burgess of Aberdeen in 1444 (NSCM., I, p. 8), is doubtless the David Blabyr who had a sasine of a tenement in the Gastraw, 1450 (Friars, p. 33), and was a charter witness in the same town, in 1464 (RAA., II, 154). David Blabir was ordered to be read) to enter the king's service in 1476 (SCM., V, p. 25). William Blabir had a remission granted him in 1492 (Cawdor, p. 80).
