After Veeru Naidu, his eldest son, Buddha Mahalakshmi Naidu, acquired name and fame and was honoured with title of Rao Saheb by his highness King George V. Late his eldest son, Veeru Naidu, and his eldest son, Krishna Rao Naidu, and his only son, Buddha Veeru Naidu, also continued the job of village Munsif. Now the younger son of Veerunaidu Buddha Mallikarjun Rao is working as Vro.
The family belong to the Gavara community and settled in Anakapalli more than 150 years ago. About 2 kilometers distance from Anakapalli a Buddhist settlement dates to around 1 AD was found by the archaeology department. It is called Bojjanna Konda.
