From Where Does The Surname Originate? meaning and history

Ó Corradáin Now of Kerry, this was originally of south Clare on the opposite side of the Shannon.

A Guide to Irish Names (1964) by Edward MacLysaght

In the anglicized forms of this name (Ó Corradain in Irish) the prefix O is seldom if ever retained to-day. Variant spellings are Corrodan and Corridan; Cordan has also been noted as a synonym at Listowel. It is now definitely a Co. Kerry name; King's analysis of the 1911 census shows that there were then 40 families of the name in that county. Originally, however, it belonged to Co. Clare being located on the north side of the Shannon not far from the present Shannon Airport. Though seldom to be found in Irish records Ó Caradáin appears in the Book of Ballymote.

All the evidence available confutes Woulfe's suggestion that Corridon is a variant of Corrigan.
