Then, according to different local eloquent customs, it would be concretized in Gareka>Garika > Garaka. Some specialists associate the disinence [- aka] from the Celtic '- acum', becoming '- ac', for those disinences in Basque [- aka], considering simple variants to [eka/ika]. Others, however, consider the latter as derived from the Latin 'icus, ica, icum' but, at the bottom of the question, both languages belong to the same Indo-European linguistic trunk maintaining a close filial relationship.
