Thomas Goodall was witness in Perth, 1544 (Rollok, 24). Payment was made to Andrew Goodeaill's wife, 1650 (SCM., V, p. 177). William Guldaill, bergess of Kirkwall, 1657 (Retours, Orkney, 86), John Gottal in Stitchill, 1658 (Stitchill, p. 14), Agnes Gulddell in Mure of Kirkbuddo, 1680 (Brechin), and John Goodale in Dumfries, 1689 (RPC., 3. ser.
