Green. —Pretty well distributed all over England, but particularly numerous in the east of England in the adjacent counties of Cambridge, Lincoln, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Esses; also in Worcestershire, Somerset, Wilts, and the West Riding. Very rare or absent, in Devon and Cornwall.
