Kirbister alias Hutcheson was an old name in Orphir, but Kirbister has gone and Hutcheson remains (Clousion), There is also a Kirkbuster in Deerness and another in the parish of Walls. Johne Kirkbuster, juror on assize, 1573, appears as Kirbister in the following year (REO., p. 134,292).
