Kramershop, where goods are sold.
The Krahmers were merchants and well respected. They sold spices, and silk. They also made boots and were tailors. They all put the Kramer in front of it and they were also in the cloth trade and imported cloth and sold it.
The Nicolaikirche Stralstund Church has records of what the Krahmers use to do.
From 1600-1809, the name was written as Cramer or Kramer.
From 1809, Krahmer with a h was established. However they think the first Krahmer with a h, was Andreas Krahmer who died in 1698.
The coast of arms was acquired and designed by Wilhelm Krahmer in 1939 and it got registered under the wrong name. It was registered as Kramer instead of Krahmer.
The Krahmers were Lutherans.
