OKILSETTER: From the lands of the same name in Paplay, Orkney. Riche Okkelsetter was tacksman of Okkilsetter in Paplay in 1492 (REO., p. 407). William Oglessetter, who was juror in dispute in 1593, may be the William Okilsettir who was under bailye of Sainct Androis parrochin in 1596 (ibid., p. 168,172).
