Galfridus de Roeli witnessed a charter of Gervase Paganel to Tikford Abbey 1187 (Mod. ii. 911). Ralph de Rolli gave tithes in Yorkshire to Holy Trinity, founded by Ralph Paganel of Drax (Mon. i. 564). In 1301 William Hoilly was bailsman for an M.P. Wilts (Parliamentary Writs).
